As part of the Triple City Startup Incubator, ADRIAPOL organized a business development training session for the creative startup PAG Kultura, aimed at supporting the company’s growth and market positioning.
The workshop focused on practical tools for strengthening brand identity, refining product positioning, and developing effective communication strategies for international audiences. Particular attention was given to the opportunities and challenges faced by startups operating in the creative industries.
PAG Kultura develops handcrafted leather accessories that combine aesthetic value with functionality, inspired by creativity, persistence, and cultural identity. During the session, the founders worked closely with mentors to explore strategies for expanding their market presence, improving digital communication, and building a stronger brand narrative around craftsmanship and design.
The activity forms part of ADRIAPOL’s broader efforts within the Triple City innovation ecosystem to support startups through training, mentoring, and incubation services.
